“Just a dated property. Enjoyed the breakfast in the morning”

“I wanted to enjoy my stay, but I had two complaints, one of which was related to safety. 1. No wi-fi (wasn't crucial, but would have been nice). 2. The back door wouldn't properly close or lock. It was supposed to only open with an active key card, but it wouldn't even fully close, let alone lock. As a single female traveler, the back door being accessible made me extremely uncomfortable. Especially as my room was two doors away from the back door. Staff was great, breakfast was fair,……

“The hotel room and common areas were all well maintained. The room was comfortable and had everything you need and nothing you don't. The front desk staff was friendly, but need more training. They didn't seem to know how to handle anything other than basic checking in or checking out. For example, checking out a day early when reservations were made through Expedia. The hotel has been open less than a year. I'm sure this will improve with time.”

“Hotel was clean enough. But not CLEAN. The dust was noticeable on fixtures in the hallway, elevator was dirty. Pool tiles were missing and had a film on them. Bathroom sink was clean but shower had mold. Bed was super comfy. Pillows were great. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if passing through, but wouldn't go out of my way to stay there.”

“No pool, ice machines, or refrigerators in working order. Not very clean! Don’t recommend.”
