"We liked the hotel well enough, but our stay was marked and marred by one disappointment after another. On checking in it was clear that a request of needs sent to management on booking our unit had been totally ignored. I'm handicapped and need a lift to access upper floors. Nobody took the trouble to inform me there is no elevator in the hotel! So, no access to our unit for me. Then we were blandly informed that the rooms had no aircon!
