“I work the over night shift and was resting. There was an argument about 9pm to the right of where the bed was positioned. I called the front desk to advised. They lady(I didn’t catch her name) seem to not care. She kept saying it was outside. I’m was trying to tell her no, it’s next door. I’m on the 4th floor and I doubt if I could hear it so clearly but she hung up. The. At check out same lady I remembered her voice was very rude and short at check out.”

“The reviews online do not coincide with what I found. Jeff were nice and the rooms were clean. However, the hotel is very old. They have tried to do small update which have helped. Yet, the carpet in the hallway need to be replaced and specially the carpet in the stair well were completely soiled. “This motel 6 is exactly what you pay for. It’s definitely for saving a buck—thin bed sheets and messy landowner special in the rooms being paint and stain jobs, etc. that being said, it had good space and decent location for a 1/4th of the price of hotels in downtown Chicago. We came for a wedding. The property is gated in which gives a safer feel especially in leaving your cars and they don’t enter the rooms during your stay unless requested so you’ll have privacy.”
