“This place is disgusting. It was supposed to be a non smoking room but it smelled like somebody has smoked a carton of Marlboro a day in there. Even the bed covers smelled like cigarettes. Never, ever, ever again.”

“Love this hotel, it has so much potential. Need better towels, in-room shampoo/conditioner etc, better office chairs, and a couple of the staff need some customer service training. With all that being said it is a new building in a great location for the KY horse park that allows dogs. I would stay here again and bring my own towels, silverware, and shampoo etc. But this hotel is so close to being great I hope they pull it together. ”

“The property is fine in itself. Room, security and parking. They have vending machines but no ice machines. The room I stayed at the hot water was not working, no iron and iron board, the toilet was shaking it felt like it’s going to fall with you when sitting down. They have a big fridge and a stove. The room was cleaned.”
