“I had a reservation for this location. I paid 185.00 plus tax for a room that the bed sheets had stains, I could not turn off the air because of a missing wall thermostat. Called the front desk, was told they were full and had no other vacant rooms. The hotel is under going construction, on top of that was missing buttons on the elevator, we got stuck on the elevator, the in door pool was not accessible, hampton inn suggested that i take my four grandchildren across the street let them swim……

“Run down. No smoke detector-broken. Broken microwave handle. Hole in wall. 1 lamp didnt work unless it was plugged in. Then to turn it off you needed to unplug it. Overall in need of remodeling.Dismal breakfast. Pool area had 1 light and no towels. Grimy oily tiles. Just somewhere we wouldn't go again.”

“you forgot to tell us the building was half torn down, no signs on the building, mattresses everywhere parts and supplies all around the place where you park. the manager was very nice and willing to help us. picture on the ad was not even close!!! and this is how expedia does business?”
