“The staff were very pleasant, and the made-to-order omelets were good. However, most of the other food on the buffet was either missing or cold. The hotel is undergoing renovations that were not reported online. The hot tub has been removed since our last stay, and the pool was too cold to swim in. The rooms are very outdated and in need of updating, as every piece of furniture shows signs of age. Additionally, someone was smoking in a room down the hall, despite it clearly being a non-smoking……

“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. Very simple breakfast, some food are empty but didn't promptly filled. 4. Next to the Peña station,……
