“Bathrooms were very old and had mold growing in the one corner. Furniture was worn and needed to be replaced. Did like the view of the pool and the marina being on-site.”

The Host was not available at any time, it plain as day states to contact host for gate code and I notified 24hrs before, I called at 1pm the next day, no response, I called at 3pm and texted that i would arrive at house by 5pm like check in states with no response, I stopped for lunch and my new arrival was at 6pm, which is the time I arrived at the house, I called several times to host for gate code, and no success again, It was frustrating I……

“Pictures represented a beach view when that was entirely not the case. The sliders on the bedrooms were nice to have but made that part of the room much warmer. In the heat of summer it was not a good feel. Carpeting in the hallway was dirty. The shower function was odd to say the least. It was like having to crack a code. Tub not operational??? Why have it? I think a face lift is in order. Remove the mirrors -made it creepy.”

“Key west is a vibe! My teenagers had a blast. No complaints. A lot of elders which is fine. I do have teens and they seems less than pleased while at he pool. We didn’t care though! We will be back, can not beat the location .”

“The unit was nice and clean and in a great area to use for a base while visiting key west. Unfortunately our AC went out for 2.5 days of our 4 days. it took us forever to get in contact with anyone...24/7 service my butt. We spent most of the first night trying to get a hold of someone locally to let them know what was happening. We were able to talk to someone through the 800 number buy they were unable to help us out and wouldnt give us contact info for the local after hours department. No one……

“This was the worst stay we have had in years,washer was broken price was upwards of 2 thousand and the hole had 1998 ceiling fans, ac and furniture, neighbors kept us up till 2am. Downstairs toilet was clogged and back doors didn't even shut all the way. This place is no way ready to rent out. Carpet was filthy, I can go on and on. DO NOT STAY HERE!”
