Vedi has great customer service skill and truly listens to his customer needs. He never seems bothered when or overwhelmed whenever he is assisting his customers. "The staff was helpful and friendly, and the location was very convenient. We didn’t have any issues getting in and out of the parking garage during our stay, and the man who seemed to be in charge of running the bar and restaurant was great. The hotel building itself has definitely seen better days but our room was clean and felt safe and comfortable. The TV was tiny and the channel options were horrible but that wasn’t a huge deal. "

"The front desk agent, when I checked in, was super nice. She went above and beyond. I booked a room type which at the end I didn’t need and she accommodated me to an ideal room type that was ready.
