“The room was cleaned every other day. The towels were replaced upon request. There were no information about the lack of cooking utensils. The staff was friendly but they had no training to inform us about the nearest restaurants, gas station etc. A list on their desk would have been helpful. The bar tender was alone and had no training to serve. breakfast was ok but you had to buy it. We had a problem with keys. The first day they deactivated although we had three night s stay. that……

“I had a very disappointing experience. I arrived late at night traveling with teenagers and was given a room where the exterior door was wide open and the door frame was visibly damaged. It did not feel safe at all. When I went back to the front desk, I was offered another room, but by that point I no longer felt comfortable staying and just wanted to leave.
