“Essentially, this is the perfect hotel minus air conditioning. Which unfortunately is probably the only thing that matters besides being clean. I've stayed here 3 times and the a/c basically keeps the room at 78°- 80° from 8am - 10pm no matter what. It makes the room humid and sticky and almost unbearable. Everything is honestly well kept clean and perfect otherwise. The staff and management couldn't be better 10/10. But the owner operator needs to replace the a/c's they are 13 years old at……

“Do NOT stay there especially if you have a special needs child. Some of the waterpark staff are absolutely the rudest humans I’ve ever met, they hate autistic children, argue with parents, we only went once and we stayed a week. I wish I would’ve stayed at the château again. We had brown recluses and bugs in our room. It was a miserable time, we just tried to stay gone most of the trip. $1600 down the drain.”
