“Very outdated. All shades of boring brown. Our room carpet had a stain and I tripped over the carpet where it needs to be re-stretched. Our room felt like it was at the end of a never ending hallway. Our room overlooked ugly construction to make it even more delightful. And we’re Bonvoy members too so don’t expect any upgrades. Staff was very friendly but will never stay there again.”

“My wife and I almost always choose Hyatt hotels when we travel because we have consistently enjoyed great experiences in the past. Unfortunately, this recent stay was by far the worst experience we have had at a Hyatt property. First, our room was not ready until 6:00 PM, which was extremely inconvenient and disappointing. After a long day of travel, we expected better communication and hospitality from the staff. To make matters worse, the front desk employees were not friendly or welcoming at……
