“The service is bad. The room next to me made crazy noise. I couldn’t sleep until midnight. I called front desk 3 times for help but finally they called police to come at midnight. The hotel didn’t express sorry to me!”

“The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I wish I had gotten the young ladies name. We checked in but were going to dinner with family so we did not go up to our room until later in the evening. We noticed a very loud fan noise that we could not locate in room 332. I went down to the front desk and she came up within five minutes, heard the noise and figured out it was from the storage and equipment room next door and assigned us a new room immediately.
