"Rooms needed a little more tlc, dishwasher doesn't work some curtains wouldn't open, we had 2 showers but only 1 had hot water other was like warm. Had a could thinks that fell bedine or under neith furniture, it needs a cleaning. Other then that very nice rooms and property"

"The rooms are tired, could do with some refurbishment and although they were cleaned daily felt old and a bit grubby. But what makes this place stand out is the staff. Every interaction i had, from checking in, booking an excursion to sitting and relaxing at the pool bar, every member of staff was friendly, personable and wanted to do anything to make you welcome. I wouldn’t rush to come back to the rooms, but for the staff i would 1000% come back"

"The room, surrounding, beach and pool where well-kept and maintained. However there isn't much to do outside the compound as it is away from local shops and downtown. Generally friendly staff, although I did had a distasteful phone interaction with one receptionist while reporting an incident in our room, but after insisting that it has to be dealt with, management stepped in and rectified it. Overall My wife and I had a good and relaxing stay."
