“Onsite manager was so friendly and helpful. The room was recently remodeled and very clean.”

“Terrible experience ... Never interacted with such lazy staff before. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 9:30am. I arrived with my kids at 9:10am and the buffet was 90% empty (not even coffee was available). I asked for the staff to refill some of items of the buffet, but they refused because breakfast would close in 20min. Also, no water bottles were available for the guests till the room service arrived. I was so upset that I left the hotel after my 1st night (forfeiting my 2nd night……

“Rooms were nice and clean. But the white pillow cases , towels and shower curtain had stains.”

“At check-in the clerk took $100 for some sort of security deposit. It was charged to my card (pretty quickly). So far, it hasn't been credited back. Breakfast is pretty spartan. Even Tabasco is missing from the condiments. Big surprise, considering where we were.”
