“First thing when we got there it was very hot outside. Got to our room and no A/C thermostat had dead batteries. Called the front desk and they sent someone right up ASAP. But it should have been working when we got there. Plus front desk person at check out was not friendly at all. Next trip to Hilton Head we will look into the double tree by Hilton. Plus crazy the charge for parking.”

“The hotel itself was suitable for my needs for the weekend. But the staff was as rude as they come. The person who checked me out on September 20th 2026 at 4:16am needs to be retrained. When I kindly asked for a receipt emailed, her exact words "Why do you need a receipt? Ain't nothing but your little parking fees". I was shocked. She eventually printed a receipt. But a manager definitely should have been involved. I have no reason to choose this particular hotel again.”

“I booked mainly because of the 11 am checkout time but housekeeping came knocking on my door twice at 945 & 950 am, just as I was getting dressed. I specifically asked for a quiet room location & they put me next to the stairwell + put a heavy footed person in the room above so it was not at all quiet. There was a dead palmetto bug on the floor that I had to dispose of. Otherwise it was okay-the bed was relatively comfortable & there was a good Keurig coffee make so I was glad I had my own good……
