“上午出发时衣服遗失在酒店房间，下午打电话寻找，结果怎么也找不到。”

“The good… The hotel and the room were clean, as they should be. Everything else… Front desk gentleman was not particularly friendly or sociable. We needed extra blankets for my son who was sleeping on the pull out couch/bed since there was only one thin blanket and a sheet. He acted like it was a chore to accommodate us, and told me that they could only spare one extra blanket. Another critique is the old TVs in the rooms… as well as the lockdown the hotel has on their settings. I couldn’t……

“The pool area could be better. Always out of towels. Only had 1 elevator worked all week which was an inconvenience since the hotel was packed.”

Every other hotel on our road trip paled in comparison but in other cities this hotel chain is usually out of our budget. We had a lucky night in the right city.”
