“I had a really great stay here. The room was really nice and had great ambience. It made me feel very comfortable. They also were able to accommodate me and my service animal which was amazing. The hotel was really clean and they had many options for the Continental breakfast. The only thing I didn't like was that you had to pay $10 a night for parking and the AC made loud noises. Granted, I am a light sleeper. Besides that I had a great stay and I would definitely come again.”

“The service was extremely poor. In the morning, my room door was opened for no reason, and when they saw that I was inside, they immediately closed it again without giving any explanation or apology. Later, I reported this incident to the front desk, but the staff seemed indifferent and simply said it might have been housekeeping. However, this is a serious safety issue — why would someone open a guest’s door without knocking first?”
