“Close to BWI airport, clean room, I had breakfast from menu, very good, good prepaid price. bed very good, staff good, free shuttle to airport, hotel price reasonable, overall good. I was very comfortable. I recommend this hotel.”

“The rooms are outdated. The bathroom toilet was like being in a public bathroom. No space to store your toiletries. The bathtub was broken had to call. We asked for late checkout and everyone person you spoke to had a different answer. Some said $25 an extra hour when other people got check out till 2 for free. No consistency and some front desk people were just rude.”

“My initial impression of sonesta was not a great one. Parking was confusing and not clear on the website. When we entered the lobby there was a line of people waiting for a rep to reach the desk. They claim to be waiting up to 10 minutes. It was only one front desk associate in one valet person available. So there was a wait time in the lobby walking to our room was kind of like a maze as the hallway zigzag most of the time we were at the end of the hallway. The rugs in the hallway had rolls in……
