"The house was clean, comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Laundry detergent was supplied as well. A minor downside is that when tenants are occupying the upstairs, it can be a bit loud with footsteps, to no fault of the other tenants. However, it was manageable. Overall, we had a comfortable, nice, and affordable place to stay. If we are visiting Colorado Springs in the future, we will be returning here to stay."
