“Overall, our stay was okay. The staff was kind and welcoming, and we really enjoyed the pool and spa, they were clean and a nice way to relax. Unfortunately, there were a couple of downsides. The room didn’t include basic toiletries, which was inconvenient. The biggest issue was the noise. Guests gathered in the courtyard and were loud well into the night, making it difficult to sleep. We were hoping for a more restful stay. If the hotel addressed the late-night noise and ensured rooms were……

“Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about……
