“The food at both restaurants was excellent and staff was exceptional. They were friendly and helpful. ”

“Our room was clean and spacious. We traveled with 4 other families and no one had complaints about their rooms. The front desk staff and pool/beach staff were very accommodating and friendly. We had a nice stay, but the amenities are not big enough to serve a full hotel. We were there during spring break and pool chairs were at a premium. I didn’t sit in a lounger the entire week at either pool bc if you didn’t save them at 10am you were out of luck. I don’t know that they have a way to solve……

“Room was noisy!! I listened to A/C units on rooftops of surrounding buildings all night long. My room was also above a public parking lot that was noisy and unsightly. ”

“I’d like to mention that the staff was incredibly friendly and very accommodating. The hotel manager was outstanding, just like the restaurant manager. They all paid close attention to guests and ensured everyone was satisfied. The driver who took us around was also very kind and attentive. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I genuinely appreciated the service and the overall experience. ”
