“Had to wait for someone to come to the desk and then she forgot to give us a key. I am allergic to feathers and she brought ida new comforter and pillow but it was actually a dirty matresss cover. Was so gross. We just slept under the duvet cover. Hair in the shower. Not impressed at all. ”

“Clean room
Only thing i dont like was the check in , i understand the check in time is 3pm, but hopefully your staff will give consideration, we arrived in the hotel at 2:30pm after a long drive but when i checked in they told us to wait till 3pm for check in, just 30 mins early but they dont bother to give consideration esp we are tired from long drive, its not helpful for the guest. ”
