The only issues we had was that we booked breakfast included rate only to be told by the hotel that our booking does not include breakfast. We booked a superior room with a bath due to the fact that I had a back op, the images and information on the website showed the superior room with a bath and shower. We were told the superior room comes without a bath....

"We had no idea what to expect for our two nights and man were we happy with what we found. A safari before and after our safari - the property sits in a reserve!!
