“Everything was very nice. I would recommend changing out very cold (blue-ish) LED lights for more warm white ones. In our room 311, these were in the bathroom and over the sink. Also, the shower seems to spray a lot more water than needed for a satisfying experience. This must be expensive for you. A shower valve that separately regulates flow rate and temperature would help.”

“No response for request for keys, never received request for info email; immediaye voice mail with no call back. HAD TO GET A ROOM ELSEWHERE. Hotels.com should NOT offer this place to stay when it is confirmed you get no help/immediate response. It was 7 pm at night, NOT the 10 pm advertised late check in.”

“Total gem of a find. Offers two rooms if needed but only books one family at a time - this is a five star accommodation with excellent hosts who go above and beyond to help you.”

“This property is beautiful and spacious. Very close to everything we wanted to do, Garden of the Gods, Castle (William Parker), pikes Peak COG railway, Royal Gorge, etc. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and they were very clean and great water pressure for the showers. The house and neighborhood was close to stores, restaurants and gas stations. I will definitely stay here again when we return. We didn’t use the hot tub or theater but they were very nice. ”
