“Don't let the low price scare you away! This place is AMAZING! I booked the cheapest room and didn't expect much. It was large, clean and had a BALCONY with views of the ocean! Breakfast was included in the base price and it was a full breakfast with every breakfast food you can imagine! Bacon, eggs, potatoes, fresh squeezed OJ, pastries, breads, yogurt, coldcuts, etc. etc. etc! We added the dinner option and it was unbelievable also! “The Excelsior Palace is outstanding. Beautiful hotel in the heart of Taormina with a huge pool overlooking the Sea. Rooms are updated and very comfortable, many facing the beautiful Mount Etna. Delicious breakfast buffet with accommodating staff. Bar/cafe at the pool is perfect for a cocktail and salad or piadina while floating in the pool. I’ve stayed here three times and cannot wait to return!”

“The hotel is a fantastic delight, and great value. It had a unique character which was classy and practical. The best part was the hotel staff, who were incredibly helpful and cheerful at all times. Due to plane times, we arrived 3 hours before check in but could store our luggage, change into swimming gear, and use the hotel beach and facilities before we had officially checked in at 2pm. Our flight out was at 8.30pm but the hotel also allowed us to use the beach and facilities for the day……
