“Well designed hotel. A little bit too small but very comfortable. Pet friendly and doesn’t chat extra pet fees.”

“I arrived early to Baltimore after flying in to airport. We went to area to be picked up and we tried several times to call hotel no anwer and phone lines were not working. We ended up paying for LYFT. We arrived early asked to have luggage checked in since there were no rooms or we would be charged extra. When we came back to hotel it took time to check in. I felt that certain customers were being treated differently from others. One employee asked for my name told me to have a seat in bar……

“Check-in time at 4 is apparently optional. Was like sitting in an airport with the number of people waiting for rooms for hours. Took us two hours to get our room. Was awoken in the middle of the night by our neighbors who sounded like they were in the room with us yelling - this is not a motel! Will absolutely never stay here again - was overpriced and just all around bad experience.”

“There was a major towel shortage during our stay. The staff was very responsive to us and the shortage was beyond their control.”

“It was a great stay. Property was clean. Very quiet. Room was nice and clean. The hot tub was a little dirty and the water pressure in the shower low. The burger from the restaurant was ok not worth $26. Other than that great stay”

“Air in room was minimum. Very hot. Tv kept losing signal. Bathroom sink drain not working properly.”
