“King Oceanfront Room was spacious, clean, and updated with wooden floors. We requested the safe in the room to be fixed twice, but still did not work. The entrance door panel was broken and hanging the whole time we stayed. The bathroom was spacious, and the towels were thick and soft. The shower pressure was excellent. The king bed was very comfortable, the sheets were soft, and the comforter was perfect. The lazy river was quite dirty, but we spent most of our time at the beach. The adult pool……

“The apartment was well stocked. The body wash container in the bathroom was empty but other than that great. Plenty of nice towels and we were able to wash them when we ran out. ”

“Host was RUDE!! Water park was not functional so they sent us to "sister hotels" to their water park and it wasn't functional. The water in the rooms did not get hot AT ALL. Cold showers for everyone! There was a random man walking down the sidewalks with a knife!! Ocean racape is actoss the street from the hotel that you have to check in at. I do not recommend staying here. The only good thing was yhe size of the pool at a sister hotel. You have to drive to the sister hotel to swim. ”

“Property was nicely updated and had good space. I would’ve given five stars but with my initial check in they didn’t verify me in time so I had to wait to get into my property until customer service resolve the issue. Also, someone from Maintenance tried to enter the apartment while I was getting out the shower. I tried to contact the landing to get more information as to who this was and I still haven’t heard back.”
