“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

Awful Customer Service, Plumbing issues, Gym had water leaks Amy garbage cans catching water..should have been closed, Room Service issues, and digital elevators suck , asked for late ck out for 1pm that was granted and then @ 12pm our key did not work. Crappy Place & Crappy People Customer Service !”

“One reason why I made the reservations was because of the proximity to the Riverwalk and it was advertised to have a rooftop bar. However it was closed for renovations and the restaurant seemed to have limited hours. For the price of the room, a voucher for “good” coffee at the restaurant should be available at no charge for registered guests at check in.”

“The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”

“Our room door would not shut unless you literally slammed it. It was actually open when we first checked in. We thought we shut it good when went out for the day but when got back it was still slightly open which anyone could have gone in. So we had to really watch it. Otherwise it was good,”
