“Bad room service with constant noise of dripping water even after repetitive claims. Stopped suddenly at the restaurant for not paying the breakfast which I have never heard about an extra fee for that. What a poor hotel!”

“They are just the best customer service experience you can experience anywhere in the world. I love this hotel”

“It is a boutique hotel, staff is super friendly, views from the room and pool are unbeatable. Food was good as well. Cons are the beach area is the beginning of Ipanema beach, not the safest and cleanest (I lived in Rio for 10 years). Price was a bit too high but they upgraded us to an amazing room, which was a way to feel you are getting more for your money.”

“房間不大，但整體舒適，有附上兩雙拖鞋。價位偏高，附近不是很容易到達也並非很安全，因臨近貧民窟。但飯店很獨立，有自己的花園，泳池。內部附設的餐廳和酒吧都有一定水準。”

“I loved the room view . The breakfast offered was fantastic as well !! As an issue to work on would be the late check out policies . It is said that you pay 50%for a late check out ( until 6pm) which I was willing to do , but even showing the fare published in the hotel site to calculate half of it , they came out with a higher fare in their system and charged me 20% more than I thought I would pay . The lady hotel manager did not have a clear explanation about it , but paying what she said……

“Die Vila Santa Teresa ist ein wunderschönes, kleines Boutique Hotel, dass sich anfühlt als wäre man bei Freunden zu Hause eingeladen (das Hotel hat nur 7 Zimmer - auf jeden Fall eins mit Blick auf die Stadt und den Zuckerhut buchen!). Die Aussicht auf Rio ist atemberaubend, das Essen ausgezeichnet und der Service hervorragend. Roberto, der „Butler“, liest einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab und ist bemüht jedem Gast den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie nur möglich zu machen. Man wohnt zwar etwas……

“Location was magnificent, but we kept on having issues with the hot water. And even though the host did send someone to check it out and got fixed only 3 out of us 5 were able to shower with hot water. By the time the last 2 went in to take a bath the water was cold again. We were leaving the next day so we didnt wanna bother the host and we just did what we could. Sucks we werent able to shower before leaving to the airport the day of check out. And even though it says it could sleep 6 its only……
