"My wife, adult son, and I stayed here with our 45 lb dog. The check in was very smooth once we figured out the correct driveway. The parking area was fine.The place was spacious with 2 good size bedrooms, a nice kitchen, dining area, and living space with TV (which we did not use). The hosts have stocked the place well as they have coffee (regular and decaf), lots of linens, and even laundry detergent! The beds were comfortable. House is close to the neighbors but the area was very quiet...

"The property was not adequate for 4 adults. The floors were filthy, the fold out bed was so awful my daughter and her boyfriend had to leave early. There were not enough linens for the pullout, but enough pillowcases for 10 people. Stools on the balcony were terrible. Air conditioning did not cool the unit. Bedroom was stifling. Needed our beach chairs so everyone had a place to sit. Please note: at check-in the access code did not work and it took nearly 30 minutes to get help to enter the...

I’ve been coming to this area for the past 25 years, and this is by far one of the best places I’ve stayed. The home has great amenities, plenty of space for entertaining, and is perfect for families of up to 10 people. Best of all, Congdon’s Donuts is right across the street!"
