Check-in was very difficult. I rented 2 rooms and it took forever to get through the process. I filled out 2 forms - 1 for each room - and once it looked as though it might be finished, the lady gave me 2 more forms to fill out. I had to add my vehicle information again, even though I had provided that information on the previous 2 forms.

Room was filthy. Behind the bed and box spring look like they’ve never been cleaned. The property is old and historic, it’s a shame the cleaning crew has allowed it to turn to filth. No elevator, so not accessible and no staff to help carry bags, stroller, etc.
