"AC worked great. Stay was great. I just don’t think our room was cleaned properly. There was trash behind the door. A left over pillow case laying on the bed, upon are. Last, our bed smelled like urine. Very strong odor. "

"Upon check-in, we were told there were no more room keys to give out and in order to get into hotel room, the front desk staff had to let us in the room. We stayed 2 nights, housekeeping never came to room and give new towels. The legs on vanity in bathroom were rotten and barely holding up. A roach crawled out from under the bed. The fire alarm gave off a huge sound 4 times in the middle of the night, but only our room, no actual emergency. One person in our party had a room with confirmation number but was informed when she was checking in that there were no rooms available and she did not have a place to stay. "
