“Hotel itself was great. This is otherwise a 5/5 hotel but the only reason I had to deduct a star was because in the bathroom of my hotel room, the previous guest appeared to have shaved and pieces of hair were left all over the bottom of the sink where the towels are placed. I usually clean my hotel rooms each time I stay somewhere but I just found it to be annoying that it wasn’t attended to sooner. Other than that the hotel is very modern and clean. Located right next to the Legacy Museum……

“Love this place restaurant was too pricy for me, but it looked nice. The bar was good, staff was helpful, room was great bed was comfy Would return!”

“Was not told housekeeping services were evry other day and still got no service on the third day evev after requesting. Had to almost beg for clean towels and ran out of soap. ”

“The GM did make all of this right by us and I’m only leaving a review bc I rely on reviews when booking places and this one time I did not and it backfired. We were on a mom sons trips and arrived for just 1 night of rest before heading to beach on Monday morning and upon arrival at 1030pm we had to change rooms 3 times. First room the pullout couch bed was broken, second room had mold all over the pull out couch, and third room there were no sheets or blankets for the pullout couch for our kids……

“Cleaned and decent room. Didn’t like the area near by seems sketchy and scary specially for a female solo traveler. Staff were friendly and nice. I would booked it again for a budget stay/good deal.”

“I will never stay here again. Toilet broken and clogged when we arrived. Flooded when they flushed it. Took them two hours to send maintenance and Clean up. No coffee after breakfast. Had to ask for towels 3 and 4 times each day. Put out a sign morning of July 4 to say there was no cleaning staff. They had the day off. Worst hotel stay of my life.”

“Everything was clean, staff was super nice and helpful and they even gave us some ideas of sights to see while we were there. We even enjoyed the nice park located right behind the hotel. It was really beautiful !”

“Only problem we had was we were kept up all night by a weird off and on noise that sounded like an enormous leaf blower. The next morning we found out from staff that our room was close to the laundry shoot. We would have requested to be moved if we had figured out where the strange noise was even coming from. They should not book those rooms without warning the letting people know about the noise issue. On the good side, Mark lost his gold signet ring in the casino that he had worn for 45……

“The room was very clean and spacious. We checked in late and line to check in was very long, but the lady at the front desk treated every single person with kindness and the process flowed excellent”
