“My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here! We stayed here for 3 nights and the moment we arrived, we were greeted with small cold towels to help cool us off as it was very hot out. Whenever we had any questions or needs the hotel staff was ready to help and provide. The hotel property itself is stunning with two beautiful pools which were well maintained, spacious well designed rooms perfect for us 3. The hotel itself was always kept well and clean and the breakfast in the morning was……

“Everything was amazing! The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. Anything we needed, they would handle it right away! The breakfast was really good. One of the employees Santiago was very informative and helpful when we first arrived. We arrived early before check in but he kept us updated when the rooms were going to be ready and helped taking our bags to our rooms. I do wish they had a laundry room. We were infront of the wedding venue and it was perfect because we were traveling……

Front desk staff was extremely slow on providing me my invoice, 2 hours of calling requesting it and I still have not received. I expected more from Four Seasons regarding pool bar staff. “We had an amazing stay at Casa Carolina. The hotel is beautiful and our room was absolutely stunning! The pool on the rooftop provided a perfect place to relax and rest from the heat of the day. We received a free massage upon arrival and the quality of services was superb! The staff is welcoming and friendly. And the location is perfect to explore Cartagena. Highly recommend!!!”

“I appreciated that this wasn’t a typical hotel full of people. It is housed on one floor…maybe two. There is 24/7 security at the front door. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom had a nice size shower. And the balcony gave the best views of the Clock Tower. You heard music all night and all day - that just speaks to the culture in Cartagena. I had a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony…and that’s where I spent most of my free time. Soaking up the sun and relaxing. The……

“Everything was excellent. the atmosphere was great, and the staff was very attentive. It is also close to everything. The only thing I didn't like was that the safe uses a key instead of a code; nobody wants to carry a key around while engaging in activities, as it can easily get lost. Additionally, the bathroom cleaning was very poor; they really need to improve the hygiene in the bathrooms. Aside from that, it is a very good hotel.”
