“Very clean with a great location! ”

“This was a great house. Very charming and cozy. All of the furniture and decor were antiques. The house was very eclectic. There was also parking on site which was great Location is very convenient for getting around, we were a short walk to all the great things that downtown had to offer. The owner was great and extremely friendly. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Asheville!”

“We loved our time at the Tulip Tree Cottage! The space was spotless and well laid out, and we so appreciated the thoughtful touches like the waffle kit (which we enjoyed on our first morning). I hope we get to come back soon and enjoy relaxing again on the front porch swing!”

“We were not able to use the hot tub due to there not being enough water, which was a bummer. The hot tub appeared old and not very clean. Water pressure is not great if you want a good shower. The fireplace from the pictures didn't work either. I never heard back from the host after I messaged them about the hot tub. For the price, you might as well get a hotel with a working hot tub and good shower. ”

“The home we stayed in was ok. There were some things I feel could have made it better. Solar Lighting on the steps to enter the home at night. (It was very dark on the Mountain and raining) Bed in downstairs needs to be upgraded to King & new mattress. Downstairs toilet area very small. Would have loved to had a list of Emergency numbers present in the home incase of a problem. (Power outage for 5.5 hours during the night. Did not know how to contact Electric Company to see what the problem was,……

“We have rented for many years. Homes, cabins, etc. This cottage was outstanding. We were perfectly happy with the stay. Very clean. Everything seemed to be new. Privacy fence around the entire backyard, which was great for us as well as the dog. Near enough to downtown but approx. 3/4 mile or more to walk. All level walking area, but the heat can take its toll. There is plenty of parking in town, so if walking is an issue I suggest the short drive. The owners of the cottage were available at all……

“We really loved the entire look and feel of the property!! Wow just quiet and secluded enough we didn’t want leave!! Walking to downtown Black mountain was “ alittle” tricky…. But we would come back in a min and recommend to friends!!!!”
