"The staff were excellent and could not be more helpful and attentive. We would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel. It is also in the centre of Almeria. The only surprise was that there were no plug sockets by the beds and only 2 sockets at the desk which were in use with the tv/fridge and light. We sorted by buying a 4 plug (3 of us in the room) extension lead."

The location is absolutely perfect for exploring the city. Situated in a beautiful plaza in the heart of the historic center, the hotel is surrounded by outstanding restaurants, cafés, and some of Almería’s most important landmarks. The Alcazaba, Cathedral, San Cristóbal Hill, and numerous historic and religious sites are all just a short walk away. Some of my favorite dining experiences in Almería—Casa Puga, Jovellanos, Cuatro Hojas, La Chumbera, and La Innata—were all less than two minutes from the hotel. The rooftop terrace and pool offer breathtaking panoramic views of the Alcazaba, San Cristóbal, and the Cathedral. Whether enjoying a morning coffee or watching the sunset, the views alone make this hotel special. What truly sets Aire apart, however, is the Ancient Baths Spa. The spa is not simply an amenity—it is the heart of the entire experience. "These are my opinions only - The hotel states it is pet friendly. However you have to leave your pet in the bedroom if you wish to eat, even on the outdoor terraces. An absurd rule ! Be careful about parking, we were not able to book the secure car park due to a convention and the surrounding area is not the best for leaving your car, it potentially is also a good walk back to the hotel. The evening we stayed you could not get food inside the hotel due to the convention. Staff were very good. Hotel is dated and tired but it is very clean. I would not recommend for pet owners"
