“The staff was not understanding at all when we went to go check in and found a drug flap at our door. The screen have out and bugs and hair in the bed granted they were just a couple ants, but the hair under the pillow was not appreciated. We left the room after an hour and decided not to stay there and had to book somewhere else. The manager Melissa would not give us a refund whatsoever or try and compensate or anything we had to reach out to third-party Expedia to try and get help and they……

“The room clean and had been upgraded. Bed was very comfortable. The only bad thing was some of the guest staying there looked to be long time guests and were not very courteous to people trying to sleep. Lots of loud visiting outside my door late at night. It's a shame as it would have been a perfect stay.”

“Other than they charged me an extra 30.00 tax when we already paid tax on the expedia site. They never really gave an explantaion why. Expedia did reimburse and will watch the card for the deposuit they charged as the office wasnt open when we left. I felt that it was clean the rooms. A little noisy at night”
