In order to get a 5 star review, please include that private bathrooms are not in each room and that the only bathroom option is shared bathroom. I booked this expecting a private bathroom. Absolutely awful experience. I strongly regret booking this motel, and if I had listened to the reviews beforehand, I would never have stayed here. We were desperate for a place to stay, and unfortunately, we made the wrong choice.
From the beginning, the experience was disappointing. At reception, we were charged an additional tax even though we had already paid taxes through Expedia. The staff member who assisted us was extremely rude and unprofessional.
