“all the halls and stairs need to be vacuumed and shampooed. Sink and shower taps in room dripped and were hooked up backwards from the standard, I.E., clockwise was hot water and counter clockwise was cold. The breakfast room had fresh fruit one day and none the second day. ”

“The fellow upgraded our room when I told him it was my granddaughter's 13th birthday. She was thrilled!”

“Decent value for an affordable price at the ski hill. Property is a bit run down and needs some upgrades. Kitchen could be a bit better stocked but we were able to make do with the utensils provided. A few spots that need the cleaners attention, but generally clean.”
