"The location was okay but it was VERY loud (both from outside and inside). The rooms are dated, showing a lot of signs of wear and weren't very clean. We made the best of it but I don't think we'd choose to stay here again."

"the bathroom looks good until u have to shower, the tub gets clogged. the carpet needs to get shampooed. hotels allow pets but don't allow smoking. if im allergic to pet dander im stuck because the filter and carpet is tangled with pet dander"

"We chose this property for so many reasons; convenience, beauty, and the other raving reviews, and even with having stayed through the height of Mardi Gras, there was not one moment we felt things were not up to the best standards. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. 10/10 can’t wait to stay here again! "

"Great location not far outside the French Quarter and easily walkable. We had a couple small places just outside the back door, Daisy Dukes for breakfast and lunch and Mahogany Jazz Hall for great jazz and cocktails. We could walk to the river, the casino and the outlet mall if we wanted. Plenty of taxis and ubers if you wanted to go farther. The hotel bar was nice with a big lounge, the front desk was professional and helpful. There were three of us traveling together, two stayed in a room in the older tower, while one stayed in the updated tower. Both rooms had comfortable beds and were the same size. My only downside was the occasional traffic noise from Canal Street however it did quiet down the later it got surprisingly. We had a great stay!"

"Enjoyed our stay. About 10 minute walk from French Quarter or street cars right outside will take you right there. The rooms were huge and beautiful lobby, the AC was OK, not the strongest. The description said down comforters but it was more like a sheet and throw blanket. Overall would stay here again "

"The hotel is very conveniently located. It's close to the French Quarter, the waterfront, the aquarium, and the tram. There's plenty of parking. The breakfasts are excellent, and the restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere. The service is beyond reproach."
