American Center Tours

We have stayed here twice in the last 6 months mainly because of the front desk staff and because it’s downtown. That being said we stayed 4 nights supposedly on the 3rd day housekeeping is suppose to clean our room but they did not arrive for that until after 5pm. We were at that time getting ready for dinner, so I declined. And the fact that every day you have to fetch your clean towels yourself is a pain. And why not have a microwave on each floor instead of having to travel to the 3rd floor. So we will try a different downtown hotel next time. Super sad because you have great personnel but I hate that I have to everyday ask for towels and refill coffee pouches

Great place on the lake in madison. My new favorite madison hotel

AC was cooler in the hallway than the room and carpet felt damp. There was some visible water damage by the AC unit and by the shower. Staff was helpful when I wanted to swap feather pillows for a hypoallergenic option.
