“Manage level is low,permit some persons speaker and laugh very loud ,noone come to tell them quieter.at 1ocloak.”

“The hotel is clean, but the walls must be made of paper. I was assigned a room adjacent to an elevator, that dinged constantly until about 1AM. That coupled with the loud voices of guests loading and unloading lead to an unrestful stay with an early morning flight to catch. The staff was made aware & would not change the room. It was not the Hilton experience I am accustomed to. The airport shuttle was extremely convenient.”

“I had a terrible experience at this location which is a huge bummer considering what a nice view it has and how much I liked it the first time. We stayed again recently and had just come off an 8 hour drive with two young kids, only to arrive and be told that our reservation and payment was swapped over to the neighboring hotel that’s attached to a casino because the hotel was actually overbooked. Nothing like being exhausted with cranky kids and having to lose 30 minutes of downtime figuring……
