"Staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean and pricing was not bad. My only complaint was that the room was cold regardless of the thermostat and the blankets were inadequate. Sleeping - not great"

"Room was clean and staff were super friendly. There was a ceiling tile missing in the closet-not a huge deal but kinda weird. Also, the breakfast was delicious but something in the sausage (I think) made me feel sick later. "

"Fire detector went off for 10 minutes for no reason, the phone in the room was not working so I could not call the front desk, The air conditioning was not working and the room was very hot."

"Saturday morning engineer, Friday evening restaurant server, morning housekeeping staffer and Front desk staff after 6 was horroble...the worst. I've never experienced such a service so alienating in my life. Front desk doesnt pick up the phones or ask you to hold and never come back. Restaurant server walked passed me so many times to give attention to this White family that I had to demand 2 menus, water, service, etc. I asked where could I sit and this Black older man (tall) ignored me so badly that other customers were attentive and startled. The room was tended to but there were no replacement of bath linen just old dirty used bath linen were left to reuse. I had to get dressed in the hallway because engineering took too long to come to fix the AC. Then he gets smart with me while I'm preparing to get dressed drenched in sweat and Im headed to bury my uncle. I will spread the news of the poor customer service of this hotel."

"A little communication could have gone a long way in service of guests at this hotel. There are no signs for parking from surrounding streets, front desk did not communicate cleaning schedule upon check-in, and we had to ask three times to get an extra pillow and blanket and for toiletries that were empty upon check-in. 1 of 2 elevators in the hotel was broken, and building escalators to the metro were also not working the entirety of our stay - since one in our party was had a knee injury, taking the stairs wasn’t a welcome option. Finally, the hotel did not communicate that the pool was unavailable to guests during certain times of day due to a private business using the pool for swim lessons. Had I known all of these things ahead of time, I would never have booked here. Not the Hilton stay I’m accustomed to."
