“The room smelled anwful almost moldy , furniture in bad shape . The AC loud and not cooling we set it to 60 and ended up sleeping with no covers because it was so warm .We were double charged for a deposit and then when we brought it to their attention nothing was done , it was waved off . The Breakfast Buffet ( advertised ) can not be considered a Buffett at 8.30 am no more biscuits so the gravy was taken away . 1/4 tin of scrambled eggs and 4 sausage links in a broken covered dish that banged……

“Check in and parking logistics were annoying. Didn’t realize you go UP the elevator for check-in. Then have to find and pay for parking…lug bags across street. Room was just okay. Smelled odd but overall decently clean. Conditioner in shower was completely out, but I didn’t realize until after I shampooed. Hair dryer cord was barely long enough to reach from plug to me when drying hair. Convenient to local restaurants which was nice. Noise from cars and trucks was terrible. Hotel provides……

“Everyone was very friendly and helpful whenever I had a request. I had the room with the jetted tub in the main room which was a perfect unwind after a long day. I've been traveling a lot the last 3 months, and I loved the fact that their staff was ready to clean the room each day which I just asked to switch towels. That may not sound like a big deal to you, but it's amazing the percentage of places don't do that; moreover, some seem annoyed when asking for fresh towels. I stay 3 to 7 days each……
