"Very convenient and clean spacious room. Nothing fancy but great for our needs. Lots of space, microwave and fridge. The front staff were all very nice and efficient."

"All the staff were outstanding! The hotel and my room were spotless. I was able to do laundry. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Valet was friendly, knowledgeable, and made great recommendations for travel, dining, and entertainment. This location was a last minute decision and what a great decision it was. The hotel was very suitable for kids. I highly recommend this Hyatt location!"

"Pool is amazing ! Staff amazing !! Food excellent Only thing was the ac was just ok so the room felt alittle humid, but we propped the door open for some fresh air and it went away !! Rooms are small but not to small and it’s the perfect location. Everything felt safe and secure"

"This stay was to allow for us to be close to the 1/2 marathon. The hotel is beautiful, a very unique, older hotel. The check in was seamless and the valets were amazing! The room was small, but laid out well and the ac was perfect for the hot weather. It was a pleasure to have a fridge in the room. I did find morning desk staff to be less friendly than the wonderful afternoon person who checked us in, however, they were efficient. If we get back to San Jose, would definitely stay again."
