“This is a wonderful apartment. Close to everything. It was a perfect layout with two bedrooms and two separate baths. Only thing to note is that the coordination for check in/check out needs to be done directly with the rental agency, not through the Expedia app. The amount if information you’re asked for feels a little invasive, but you have to remember that you are renting an apartment, not checking into a hotel.”

“Our stay was very convenient for our family’s needs. The unit is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping, and only a 8-10 minute walk from two different metro stations. The host was very communicative during our stay. The unit was well supplied for our four day stay. We had a small hiccup with our key fob access that was rectified quickly. My weak point for our stay would be that our blinds in our bedrooms did not block out the ambient light coming from the adjacent……

“Overall, the location of this place and the apartment itself is wonderful. The check-in process is cumbersome, as well as the process to get/use the garage access. However, I would do it all over again, the price for parking here is much cheaper than anywhere else. There is quick and easy access to DC via the subway. Definitely recommend staying here with a family versus in DC for much more cost.”

“A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access. The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities. The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. And one shower head did not work at all, but I'm sure it will be resolved. The living areas were clean. A true coffee table would be better to……

“Be aware this is very old apartment with crappy furniture and dirty very dirty walls. Door was completely messed up, you can tell previous guests had trouble opening the door, I contacted the host about it but they did nothing about it.”
