This motel is excellent for a couple nights stay or longer term. The housekeeping staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is acceptable but lacks any proteins. The drive is about 25 minutes to downtown Washington. Otherwise it is very good for the price.

Wifi never worked during my stay. On second night, there was an extremely loud and violent disturbance two rooms down from mine. Police were called by neighboring room. Man was looking for someone, banging loudly on every room door trying to find the person he was looking for. Could hear him shouting he was "going to kill her when he found her". All happened without a word of acknowledgement from management. Room was moldy and disgusting. Not worth it, even for the low-ish price.

The rooms were as advertised, but the beds were very uncomfortable. Both beds in the room I stayed in were hard, literally no squish when you sit or lay down. The frames were also very squeeky when you moved, but WD-40 might help that.
