"When we arrived, we were greeted on our floor by dirty, smelly linens outside of almost every room on our floor. Also, there was food trash left in the hall on Monday night & still there when we checked out Tuesday."

"We loved this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, especially front desk, snack shop and bartenders. The pool was beautiful and relaxing. We also had a wonderful time at the events in Texas Live! There were so many dining options. We will definitely be back!"
