The staff at the hotel were really nice and responsive. However, when I got to my room, it was disorganized. The cabinets were opened and the trash can was in one of the cabinets. The elevator was the worst part of the experience; it was very slow and only one side was working. Additionally, the elevator button was almost falling off. After this experience, I don't think I will ever book that hotel again.

Although the elevator floorboards needed some repairs, the rest of the property and rooms were clean and in good repair. The staff were pleasant and courteous. Comfortable beds and a decent selection for the continental breakfast. Pleased overall with the stay.

I’ve stayed at this property multiple times since its opening. It’s convenient, easily accessible off of GA 400 and a Hilton property. Being a loyal Honors member for more than a decade (with their branded AMEX), I have come to enjoy little recognition gestures like waters at check in, an occasional upgrade / and or late checkout. None of this occurred this trip which in itself is fine. What I have a huge issue is with the fact that my reservation was prepaid this trip, and it clearly shows that on my Hilton app, as well as calls to Hilton Honors. I checked in on Thursday 6/27, presented my AMEX for incidentals of $25 per day (as a hold) - checked out on Saturday 6/29. No incidentals are available so i expected the hold to fall off - to my surprise that a $190.74 charge posted to my AMEX. I called the property on Tuesday and was told they were under new management…guest services said all they could see was that I was charged that amount my for incidentals and no notes were given, but that the manager (who was on property) would call me within 20-30 minutes. I waited for several hours and nothing…I called Hilton Honors, waited on hold for 45 minutes. Two representatives later and they too did not show this charge on their side. A “case” was created that has to go back to the same management for follow up. It’s now 36 hours later and still no follow up / no ownership. At this point I’m going to dispute the charge with AMEX and post this to every social media outlet.

Thr manager Justin was phenomenal! He was very upbeat, spoke to everyone, I even saw this man cleaning up the parking lot. The 2 people on night shift from when I checked in were awesome also. Every one was very welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

The fridge in my first room wasn’t working and I had to switch rooms. The staff seemed to be short handed as anytime I called or went to the front desk there was a long wait. The AC wasn’t working on floors 2 and 4, so it was a bit muggy walk to the rooms. Last but not least, two guys were smoking weed in the parking garage. It’s a nice area but hotel management really needs to turn things around.

This property is the best kept secret in ATL. It is tucked and ducked off the beaten path, there’s literally no traffic getting to or leaving. And with the business I was conducting, I didn’t have to deal with the main traffic arteries. There’s malls and everything nearby but not too close. The staff are courteous but some of them meet you with an attitude. And try to be smart with you. But that’s just their personality. Overall I had a very pleasant experience and will be back. Unfortunately, as long as I stayed, they took the hotel off of Expedia and then brought it back at a higher cost. Once it comes back down below $100 per night, i will be booking again.
