The property was under renovation so areas likt the pool were unavailable. when we got to our room the floor had not been vacuumed and the toilet was not cleaned very well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to us and thr3breakfast bar had an okay variety of things to eat. I'm sure the cleaning thing is just an oversight but it put a damper on my experience there. It seems like it is trying to be a luxury hotel and isnt quite there yet. Overall a good experience.

Great hotel! Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Breakfast was great! Variety of foods for all of us to enjoy. We had a suite and it was perfect for the 3 of us to all sleep comfortably in our own bed (including the sofa bed). Overall, great experience!

The furniture is filthy and our door dead bolt was broken! Also broken was the bed frame, a drawer on the bathroom sink. The bed sheets were stained on both beds. Just not what is expected of a Hikton property!! On a positive note the staff was excellent and accommodating!
