I booked the particular motel in KS over other choices because it had a hot tub. when I got there, it was not working and wouldn't be for some time. So, I chose this property on the way home because it had a hot tub in hopes to make up for the one I missed out on at the other place. I got to the property and this hot tub had water in it. “Pleasant check in. However, things went downhill from there. Because we used Expedia (saved $20 per night), the owner said “You did not pay enough to receive $15 an hour room service”. So we had to buy our own trash bags, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, take out our own trash daily and were initially charged for additional clean towels. This while being charged additional pet fees. Each day we had new pests (ticks, roaches, and another bug I have yet to identify) to greet us. Breakfast had……
