Nice hotel near to the various places I needed to be while in Austin.

Staff was nice but hotel felt dirty. Pillows were old and yellow, room smelled like cigarette smoke, there was no fitted sheet on the bed! We were pretty grossed out and decided to leave.

Over priced rooms. An was not told about 100. Dollar deposit at ck in...an. takes. 5 too 6. Days. Too return. My money. When u demand it at ck in when we arrive. ..poor. management. Will never stay there again

Not in a good location and didn’t even have a ice machine.

I was in a smoking room but I am not a smoker. The room had a cigarette burns through out the blankets and the chairs it was terrible and it stunk really bad the staff was trying to help me find some place to sleep however did not work. I would never be clean back there again.

Worst experience

System down could not check in and having a hard time even getting my refund from them

Ok, Not Great.

The room was clean, but even though it was a non-smoking room it smelled like a smoking room probably from days gone by. And the windows were unlocked when I got there - I opened them to air out the cig smell but then couldn’t get them to close.
